Next Step Racing is built on mutual respect, shared growth, and the belief that competing joyfully matters as much as competing hard. Every rider on this team is valued equally, regardless of results.
We field a Core Team of elite riders, a Development program for emerging talent, and an Off Road Collective focused on gravel and mountain disciplines. We race with purpose, and we want riders who share that.

Elite road racers competing at the national level. Road races, criteriums, stage races.
Development (Devo)
For emerging riders building race experience, fitness, and tactical knowledge under experienced mentorship.
Off Road Collective
Gravel, mountain, and off-road focused riders. Events like Unbound, Leadville, and Big Sugar.
